Christine Broderick joined John Milner Architects in 1995 as Financial Accounting Manager. She received her Associates Degree from Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Christine's role encompasses a variety of responsibilities. She maintains a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure, and ensures accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial information. Christine collaborates with our Senior Staff to provide budget and forecasting activities, support overall firm goals and objectives, and analyze project progress to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. She works closely with our accountant to comply with accounting principles, practices, and procedures. Christine also processes the firm's payroll, handles personnel issues, and negotiations with the firm's vendors. Prior to joining John Milner Architects, Christine was an office manager and bookkeeper for a computer hardware and software sales company. Upon leaving that firm, Christine started a sole proprietor bookkeeping consulting service for various accounting firms. Her services included assisting clientele in establishing accounting set up and procedures for new companies, periodic review of existing company's financials, trial balance reconciliation, payroll tax reconciliation and reporting and quarterly financial reporting to the clientele's accounting firm. Christine is a member of the Finance Committee for The Barn at Spring Brook Farm and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, arts and crafts, gardening, fitness and music.
