Built in 1905, this historic Federal Revival residence on Wilmington’s Kentmere Parkway was carefully restored and discreetly expanded. Following a detailed historical and architectural assessment, missing original features were replaced, incompatible alterations were removed and all new mechanical systems installed. A new two-story addition was constructed to provide improved kitchen, informal family living and bedroom space. The original carriage house was redesigned to serve as both a garage and a support facility for the new swimming pool. |
