Before

The Philadelphia Museum of Art commissioned John Milner Architects to assess the condition of the roofing system at the Mount Pleasant complex, prepare an Historic Preservation Plan and, subsequently, to produce the construction documents for conservation, restoration and repair of the building including the roof trusses, roofing and restoration of exterior woodwork at the main house and the pavilions. Mount Pleasant, built in 1762, is one of the most significant architectural resources in Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park.
