Before

The historic station building and its adjacent platforms were carefully restored to their late 19th century appearance. Located in the heart of Gettysburg, the Railroad Station was the point of arrival for President Abraham Lincoln when he appeared to present the “few appropriate remarks” of his famed Gettysburg Address on November 17, 1863. It is now owned by the National Park Service and serves a point of departure for tourists embarking on a tour of the Gettysburg Battlefield Historic Sites.
