The original sections of this historic residence in rural northern Maryland, built in 1800 and 1854, were restored and significantly improved. New additions were created to accommodate a living room, kitchen, informal family entrance, attached garage and guest bedrooms. Outbuildings, including a stone barn, springhouse and wagon house, were restored and adapted to support the activities of the farm.
