Lauren Morrison joined John Milner Architects in 2023. As Project Architect, Lauren prepares design and construction documents for a variety of residential and institutional projects. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Design with a minor in Sustainability from Auburn University, where she spent a year studying abroad in Edinburgh, Scotland. Lauren also received a Master of Arts degree in Historic Preservation from the University of Delaware, contributing to the research and documentation of many historic properties across the Mid-Atlantic at the Center for Historic Architecture and Design. During her time in the program, she was able to hone her skills in conservation, technical specifications, and finish analysis. After receiving her degrees, Lauren worked on numerous corporate, commercial, and institutional projects, including higher education buildings in the traditional style. She enjoys painting, working on her house, hiking with her dog, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
